I recently got a chance to watch Namie's latest concert DVD "Space of Hip Pop"....to simply put it..it was IN-FREAKIN-CREDIBLE or an even better word to describe it: SCRUMTULECENT..seriously, IT WAS..but of course I have a biased opinion because Namie was my first Jpop obsession...anywho....here's a little taste of what to expect from the DVD...its Namie performing the song "I Love You..langdon alger" off her Queen of Hip Pop album...I'm working on getting an actual download for this vid and once I do..it'll be up on the blog within two winks of a coal miner's eye...oh...and I've decided to change careers...my plan now is to move to japan and become a background dancer...I mean look how much FUN those guys are having on stage!!..WOW..now excuse me while I do some stretches...

when people ask me what kind of music I listen to I tell them "oh, I listen to hip pop" then they're all like "oh, HIP HOP?" and I'm like "NO! hip POP" "It's a cross between Hip Hop & Pop" "same catchy hip hop influenced beats but with catchy pop lyrics"
Hip POP? Only in Japan could such an anamoly exist.
