These are the best headphones I’ve ever used. That’s probably not saying much since I’m used to flimsy walkman-style headphones. But really, these are damn good. If you’ve never used surround-sound headphones that also block out external noise, then you haven’t climbed the highest mountain or crossed the wildest sea.
Okay I haven’t done that either, but I do know that I can’t hear my co-workers talking to me when I have these headphones on. I may see my editor trying to get my attention, but in my ears I can feel St. Elmo’s Fire burning in me. Just kidding. ...not really.

Hmm. I'd say about $100 cheaper. Which is still too expensive for either set of headphones. Luckily, I got mine for free.
