Who am I?

I'm a bit of a paradox. I've taken six brave young children and given them each considerable power. I send them on fantastic adventures, but only give them strange riddles to guide them. And every step of the way, they grow in power and in character. For what reason? I'm not sure if even I know. It has been quite the rollercoaster ride for my young friends as they try to find their way home.

Who am I? And no, I am NOT Zordon. He used "five teenagers with attitude."
