Tales From The Office: New Speakers and Hip-Hop

It appears this gentlemen works in the same building as the urban radio stations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Speakers were installed near his workspace. He does not like the music being played through those speakers. Instead of using his personal work e-mail to complain to his boss, he used the group e-mail that everyone in his department has access to.
