This has got to be the best workout ever!!
I have lost 25 pounds doing this workout along with the Atkin's diet (I'll have to blog on that!!).
I was introduced to the The Firm by my sister-in-law (who by the way looks magnificent with her fifth baby on the way). She was nice enough to let me borrow it. I fell in love with it on the first "step" and I went out to buy all the different variations of the workout. But there is just one that I love so much. It's the Cardio Sculpt. It's a unique combination of cardiovascular and body-shaping exercises to help you burn fat and firm your body. The only downfall is that the master instructor Allie looks a little like Rachael Ray. Which can make you hungry (but other parts of her can make the men hungry). : )
The Body Sculpt is a body-sculpting workout that sculpts the upper and lower body. It's great if you want to tone-up.
It's a fun workout!! It's so addictive. Everytime I do the workout I can't stop thinking about if it'll be okay to do it again tomorrow or if I should do Winsor Pilates next. I just wanna GO! GO! GO! It might be the mix of ephedra and diet Rockstar. Is that a bad mix? I guess I should research that.
